International Education supports work of teachers and alumni in order to bring additional learning opportunities to the classroom through an international context.

Take a five-day professional development course "Preparing to Teach Internationally"
Take Additional Qualification courses this summer in France, Italy, England or Taiwan/Hong Kong.
Local teachers and schools can host visiting international groups of educators and school administrators, which can lead to partnering with schools in other parts of the world
Teachers can also mentor visiting student teachers (as they would with Ontario student teachers) in their classrooms
Resources are also available to help teachers incorporate international resources into their classrooms

If you are a local Toronto teacher or principal who is interested in working with international teachers and/or administrators in groups or as individuals, please contact us.

Local schools can also have members of the Faculty of Education deliver workshops/lectures/staff meetings about topics of interest.
