The Faculty of Education hires part-time Course Directors in compliance with regulations set out in the collective agreement between York University and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 3903, Unit 2. In keeping with the collective agreement, seniority and qualification are important components in the hiring process. The process outlined at this site deals specifically with CUPE Local 3903 Unit 2, so the process would be of interest to qualified individuals who are currently not full time graduate students at York University (who are hired under the Unit 1 regulations). Please print out the form and complete all sections for submission between November 15 and January 31; this will apply to all positions posted for all academic sessions that commence during the twelve months following January 31.
