To submit your Supplementary application for the Faculty of Education, York University:
- Please read the Faculty of Education supplementary information package prior to starting your application process.
- Complete a TEAS application through OUAC (Ontario University Application Centre). Approximately a week later you will receive a letter with your York Student ID and instructions on how to access your supplementary online application through www.yorku.ca/MyFile. (Cover page and Experience Summary)
- Complete the online supplementary application. This can only be submitted once so please make sure that you answered all the questions.
- You must submit your personal statement, experience profile, Faculty of Education waiver and two letters of reference in the mail to the BEd Student Services Office at 128 Winters College. This can be obtained from the supplementary information package.
- All documents must be submitted by December 1. (NO EXCEPTIONS). This includes submission of the online TEAS application through the Ontario Universities Application Centre, the York University Faculty of Education Supplementary Application Form and all other admission documents (Experience Profile, Personal Statement), two reference forms and letters, transcripts, and test results for English proficiency (only if applicable).
